Richmond, Va. — Jamie McMurray has had his share of bad breaks this season, including being caught up in the first multiple-car accident on lap seven this past Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway. McMurray is hoping for better luck this weekend when the series races at Richmond International Raceway.

HAS THERE BEEN A RENEWED EFFORT AT THE SHOP TO FIND OUT WHY?“Yeah, we had a couple of cars that ran good at Richmond last year, and even though it’s a shorter, flatter track, I think we’re gonna be okay there. But as a group we definitely have not run as well at the shorter tracks as what we have at the mile-and-a-halfs.”
